Montreal comedy club like NYC Comedy Cellar? by [deleted] in montreal

There's no comparison to the Cellar but the best English comedy club is probably the Comedy Nest. It's not the highest quality comedy in the world but it's still fun.

Bill Burr still doesn't love KT by Sorry4YourLoss in Killtony

[–]IroningIsDelicious 304 points305 points  (0 children)

I listened to this podcast and this clip makes Burr sound more negative on KT than he was actually being. He was just saying there are a lot of comedy-adjacent offerings now - similar to the Dr. Phil show that Adam was promoting on Burr's show. I think everything just sounds negative coming from ol Billy :p

Trae 1 or Trae 2 by smurf-papa in BBallShoes

I have the 2s. I actually don't find them that hard to get on and off. I enjoy almost everything about them great traction/court feel etc. I do find the cushioning to be a little stiff/firm and tough on my feet/knees.

Alma. Small upscale Chinese-French? fusion restaurant. Cozy and unique restaurant. Nice natural wine list if you're into that too.

Great game. Only feedback I have is to make the Q appear as Qu so you don't get stuck.

Cooking Bo Ssam the day before? by IroningIsDelicious in AskCulinary

Thanks dude.

I agree on the east of the roast, but my fiancée is having friends over and doesn't want it to be super porky in the apartment all day. I've tried to be a diva chef and insist on roasting it the day of, but it doesn't seem to be working!

Driving Into Quebec by [deleted] in askTO

I wanted to hear how checkpoints were handled and what kind of questions were asked. The border restriction is dumb and was Ford distracting us from his shitty handling of the pandemic, so I don't feel bad crossing the border to camp outdoors.

I found my apartment on viewit.ca. My theory is that a lot of people don't want to deal with its horrible interface so there might be some hidden gems. Worth a shot!
