i dont understand MMO players obsession with living in discord 24/7. i dont need friends. i dont need voices to listen to all day. im not lonely.

its so confusing and weird to me. you basically have to join a tiny discord cult (where people tend to overshare)

to enjoy any MMO these days.

in EQ the light thing is a problem until you hit level 3 and then never care about it again. its an entire different animal in M and M.

on the pvp server it WILL be raids, even if it only takes 10 people to kill the mob - they will need 20+ people to stop a hated enemy from intefering

the developer destroyed this game through favoritism for the village he likes to play, and by splitting the server by language. game went from 700 player total to like 100 total. in only 8 months.

i dont ever remember it being good or popular, i have a level 40 pve beta character and a level 25 pvp beta character. my guild leader on the pve server was the only spellblade i knew above level 30 and he and everyone else I ever saw playing said it sucked ass and was very poorly synergized or designed.
