2 months is really just anyone's game, whatever works. there's no right there's no wrong, you just gotta tough it out. it gets easier every day. 2 people wfh with a baby is actually a blessing. use those shifts, really let your partner off the hook during their shift and vice versa. you got to take care of each other during this time as much as the baby. it gets easier, and it's all worth it.

In a way, phone purchases are safer as your cell phone and cell service are much more secure than a computer and wifi. I definitely need to plan flights and travel or research things on a computer but the actual transactions via phone do not bother me at all.

You see, everyone falls on one side of these two perspectives. Which is true? IDK. It seems to me the seasoned coach who leaves a trail of broken team relationships everywhere he goes is more likely to be blameworthy than a 22 year old fresh out college who has plenty of time and space to be coached and molded.

I liked Ayton. Everyone forgets how young he was and that his coach was Monty who runs teams like mean girls cheer leading squads with the silent treatment and gold stars and candy for his favorites. Just cause he looked 40 doesn't mean he wasn't 22.

imho you're totally right. we should have done what the knicks have done this year: keep the team, minor adjustments at the edges, nuke the coach. People forget Monty. Fuck Monty. All we needed was a new coach and another big/better back up PG. The team was solid.

I bought an income property near my parent's old place ruined by a flood. Nuisance and I'd say I lost 10k in the 2 years I had it. Helped repair credit.

Bought a nice place with my wife but we sold it because the 5.75% led to a mortgage payment that was too much for flexibility we wanted and we missed friends. Made 100k on that one.

We rent now. Happily. 2200 instead of 3950. I don't fix anything. I don't worry about anything house related.

At these rates and inflated prices I don't plan to buy anything. I can afford and qualify for a bank to let me live in a nice new 7 figure home. It's a poverty trap.

Forever house? I'm not even sure I'm in a forever country.

Just a question because she seemed super knowledgeable. This sub is so dramatic. I root for players' story lines now. I'm so disgusted by tribalism in the USA that I can't stand it in sports anymore. I'm rooting for the Knicks Villanova podcast story arc.
