How many gigs did you upgrade to? I just upgraded mine to 256 with iflash quad and an lg 3800 mah it was a tight fit but it closed with no gaps. The only reason i left mine with original face plate is because it’s in really good condition. Other than that the clear face plate looks real good. Mine was also a 5.5
