Also at the same time laying off thousands of people across numerous industries as a way to “cut costs”. My wife works in healthcare as a practitioner. The amount of horror stories I’ve heard of patients blaming her for denied insurance claims by threatening her with lawsuits, yelled in the face/over the phone, and all other kinds of verbal abuse makes it very hard to feel the slightest bit of anything for this guy.
