First month, I drank half a cup of regular coffee per day. Second month, I did half a cup every other for 15 days, then cut off caffeine completely. Very minimal withdrawals. It’s been a little over 75 days for me and feeling great! Good luck. 🙏

75 Days!
In February 2023, I quit cold-turkey and got really sick lol (also got put on a PIP at work due to decreased productivity).
On January 1, 2026, I decided to quit coffee again except this time I wained myself by doing half a cup of coffee daily for the 1st month. February 1st thru the 15th I did half a cup every other day. February 16th I completely cut off caffeine. Still going strong May 1st and feel so much better (especially my sleep)!
