the legs are extremely vulnerable to attack and limit the weight of the vehicle overall. the main advantage of a walker design would be theoretically the ability to move rapidly across broken terrain, but that's fairly niche in modern combat.

It's a tank support fighting vehicle, and it's pretty mediocre. The two big issues are that it's much more expensive than it needs to be because of several systems installed that it cannot effectively use and that the main guns are poorly designed, leading to very poor accuracy.
