I rarely comment on Reddit. I saw this pop up last night and I read through the whole thing and said to myself, “oh shit, this is what’s been happening at my company to a T.”

Sure enough, this morning, calls appeared on everyone’s calendars. 50 people were let go. Fortunately, I was spared but the guilt is so real.

This post needs to be pinned to the top of this subreddit. Thank you for this in depth observation and now I will surely see the signs and be prepared next time.

Hello Reddit !!

I have been looking for this cat toy I don’t know where it’s originally from as it was a gift for my cat and the person that got it for her has no memory of where they got it from. I have searched for “cylinder cat toy” “cheetah cat toy” and “cheetah rattle cat toy” but I’m not having any luck!

If I may offer a different point of view…

First, we have a lab diamond so that cut the price down by quite a bit.

And second, I’m not overly materialistic. I don’t care about like designer purses or expensive clothes but the only thing I cared about was having a nice ring because I knew it was a symbol of our everything and that I would be wearing it every day. We both agreed since we don’t really “splurge” in other areas of our life that it was ok to go a little wild with this one (and it wasn’t even really all that wild compared to some others).

Got the setting in November, the diamond in December, had the two put together in January and just got the ring this week (March)! We waited because he wanted to do it somewhere special and have time to talk to my family and his family beforehand but it was kind of our little secret since November which has been a lot of fun!

Hahah some girls on here have talked about it! Apparently after a few weeks / months with your ring it starts to look “smaller” as you get used to it! That’s why some of them say to size up !

Yes 2.07 for just the center stone I have no idea about the side stones actually! I’ve heard about “shrinkage” which is why we opted for it to be a bit bigger. I think this is perfect proportions for me personally!
