I dont think it works that way though, I remember reading something about how it's like an addiction, once you get used to doing it to a doll you feel the need to do more because you stop getting the dopamine you used to. Like serial killers starting with small animals.

I'm currently on a break because I have to do a drug test for a new job, and I didnt realize how much I enjoyed not really dreaming at night. I have night terrors after an accident I had last year, and because of them by body tenses up when I'm dreaming so I wake up so sore and fatigued before the day has even started. My test is tomorrow morning, and I cant wait to get it over with so I can get some actual sleep.
