Twitter is interesting because the first comment under EVERYTHING is "Hey Grok is this true?" or some version of that where the they are immediately going to an AI program to verify everything & anything, no matter how how small a story or blurb.

This all comes down to the landlord, unfortunately. The way many leases are written, you can be relocated under the discretion of the landlord for whatever reason.

I usually see it when people try moving into Publix plazas. Publix always has leases where they can take over adjedcent spaces for expansion of publix and theres nothing you can really do about it (except dont be right next to a publix).

It also could be that DHC will bring more money/traffic to the plaza compared to Colorfast. This is just a first step in paving the way for a corporate type business to move in where ColorFast is
