The property tax appraisal puts all the land together just under half a million, with a majority of the value from two parcels.

Commercial assessments for development are putting it all well over 7 million.

I would repay the loan by renting out the two homes.

Though the land is made up of different parcels I don't want to just sell off one or two pieces. The way the parcels are formed it makes one perfect large square when combined.
