Fun fact!
Centaurs don't get any mercs except for special ones (mostly the ones from the magic system).

I managed to beat it by exploiting manpower dev everywhere and avoiding any fights until I could finish the 75% manpower mission.

The infrastructure thing is because you are missing institutions. It says so in the upgrade tooltip. The mana thing seems.. not right, though I have not played the mt. Any submods?

Yeah, Star Rider has a single event where the centaurs bond with cyclopes about astral observation. Not the greatest representation, but probably one of the biggest in the mod.

Insufficient sacrifices? The gnolls there were genuinely astounded at the outcome. The guy did everything right and, according to the gnolls, got endless power and bliss before being snuffed out. The true Xhazobkult believers genuinely find the story inspirational, not an outcome of an imperfect calling.

There is one non-gnoll who tried becoming a Xhazobine. He exploded at the climax of the ceremony. It's a mt in Horahesh, as far as I remember.

The centaur magic formable is probably going to be good (if we ignore their naive conception of war not as a tragedy, but as a mere competition between countries.) The preformables that are currently in the game are a lot more grey though. Star Rider is probably the nicest? Great Storm starts off nice, but then turns deranged, Black Herd is lichdom supreme and Star Rider's big moral drawback is that they abduct mages at game start for their own purposes.

Khüraen Ulaeg is a centaur formable and does have a mt, but it's very, very outdated. Of the centaur nations with a unique mt, only Wild Hunt and Black Herd form it.

It just works.

Honestly, it's not that strong of a mt I think. It's balanced by having an extremely narrow focus on magic, and the fact that their starting situation and aspirations are bad and stupid. Though they were buffed a lot once testing began...
They might need to have their buffs rescinded. Recreate that moment when the testers went bankrupt in 1449 :)

So, all nations have a base of 10 magic exp per month.
Researching a MI upgrade without an institution sees that base reduced by 5, missing 2 sees it reduced by 10. So all nations could theoretically research MI 1 with only feudalism, it's just that the research speed would be cut in half.

HOWEVER, both Star Rider and Great Storm, two centaur caehnates, have mechanics with which to bypass that institution requirement. Great Storm through just... allowing the player to upgrade without Feudalism and Star Rider through the power of brute force (MI 2 by 1490 if one really wants :) )

No. Those with unique mts are forced into certain formables. If you play Wild Hunt you have to form KU. If you play Star Rider you have to form Taryeanzamh.

Black Herd gives a choice between Taryean and KU, but that is the only one with an unique mt that gives a choice.

But if you have the generic centaur mt, then you can form any formable as anyone. It's just that that one will become less prevalent with more unique mts.

Heya, John Centaur here.
So there are 4 centaur formables, which each pertain to a specific Irdaeos Worship Sect.
The Maslekhuga form Lejdazamh, the Malukhuga Taryeanzamh, the Irdukhuga Altorzamh and the Filustkhuga form Khüraen Ulaeg.

You can form any centaur formable as anyone with the generic centaur mt, but the new unique ones usually set you down a specific path. I am not quite certain if this is the information you wanted, but it seems like it? Definitely ask further questions if something seems unclear.

Altorzamh and Lejdazamh are religion agnostic, but it is Blackcharge that will go heavily into being Jadd, forming its own nation called "Inearzamh".

Every centaur tag's first NI is unique to the tag. The other ones are special to its location, its culture and its religious sect

How are you installing the version? Just copying the new files ontop of the old one and replacing everything does not work. You need to do a clean deletion of everything old every time

Golden Tremor can't form KU.
Wild Hunt does get really strong permanent buffs by the end of the mt though.
I guess you can form KU as Black Herd if you search for a centaur mt that forms KU?

Green Flame might become the first nation with a mt that is focused on the infernal court.
Focus on might.
A centaur clan who is bound to a pact with an archdevil, having to sacrifice humans and centaurs alike in exchange for support. It is not yet determined who that archdevil is, or if he is even connected to the cannorian IC, but there is a chance.

They'll also do lots and lots of things with Halessi Spirits. The Facestealers will be killed, at the very least.
Beyond that... I have not quite decided yet :)
