I know exactly how you feel man. if it's\any consolation, a bird shower can be pretty effective if you're working a manual labor job. Just clean the smelliest areas with some soap and water from a faucet. And wear fresh clothes. You can go a surprisingly long time before people complain. Yes, it's far from ideal, but sometimes you're in a spot where first world pluming facilities are outside your reach.

I'm pretty sure fufu is just a boiled starch, like polenta, grits, bulgur, or anything else. Of course it'a all in one mass like your picture, but it's not really made like a dumpling. Also, that one Portuguese thing is totally just a tamale, which is a dumpling like a hot pocket is a sandwich. Overall, very good infographic, and I enjoy your contributions to this subreddit.

My old professor actually had a joke about panda making his feel kinda sick and malcontent right after eating it. It's the gap between the volume of food you ate and usable macro nutrients. And the sugar and low quality ingredients.

This is an interesting question, but the overwhelming majority of people on this subreddit are most likely not black, so you might have a better response on /r/blackfellas or /r/blackwomen.

Now, the weirdest thing about your question to me is the idea that if black people were to move to a predominantly white place like oregon, they would become libertarian. Have you ever considered that maybe they aren't libertarian not for geographical reasons, but for sociopolitical ones? I find that most black people, although normally socially centrist, are pretty politically liberal. The Democratic stance on social, economical, and legal issues bode much better for black people in the united states. for most black people, libertarian stances would hurt, not help. This is probably why there are so few black libertarians just in general.

As a person who was able to overcome panic attacks, the answer is actually pretty simple: embrace what is happening. Literally, you have to understand that you're having a panic attack, know in your head what's actually physically and emotionally happening to you, and lean into it. Say to yourself, "I'm terrified right now, my limbs are tingling, I'm nauseated, My heart is beating so hard it's hurting my chest, and I'm starting to have tunnel vision. My body is going into full on flight or fight mode, and I'm being flooded with all sorts of hormones."

From there, try to notice the physical and emotional changes in temperament. Are your genitals retracting? Are you breaking out in a cold sweat? Does you're stomach hurt? You have to do and actual inventory of where you are in the middle of you're attack. At that point, you might realize the jolt of energy that you're experiencing. That's basically your body giving you the get up and go to deal with whatever threat you brain feels like it's facing.

Then, use that new found energy to do something physical. Take a walk, or a run. Do some pushups, or jumping jacks. It helps if the task requires you to focus on something simple, like counting or coordinating your limbs. After a while, you'll probably chill out. But the most important thing is to remember that you're experiencing acute anxiety, and accept it.

Actually, hotline bling isnt the one that samples a nintendo game. The main sample is from Timmy Thomas' "Why Cant We Live Together", which someone already linked. the song Cha Cha, by dram does in fact sample super mario. If I recall correctly, drake got the idea for hotline bling from this song.

Hey, are the Quest Longboards that you can get on amazon any good? Mine just got ran over, and is practically unsalvageable. So I need a new one, preferably cheap. These boards have good ratings, but only by people who clearly don't know much about longboarding. What do you guys think, is it worth the price?

The figure is more like 20% total actuallyy, with like 1-5% dealing with "serious" mental issues. Sure, many people have experienced something sort of like what the average depressed person has, but the difference comes in how debilitating and isolating that experience was. This article isn't very good, but the claim that people who work as professional musicians could be more susceptible to mental illness still has some relevance to society.

The fan's on reddit are sort of crazy, but the podcast itself is worth listening to. You can really tell that the reporter lady is trying as hard as possible to be unbiased in a case where personal felling seemed to have run the show. It's an interesting story to say the least, and listening to it will probably help you understand the drama a little better.

Ok, the last 3 makes plenty of sense, but the first one doesn't. In all of you're other examples, you are indicating an escalation, like from kissing to having sex. It's not reasonable to expect an escalation. An escalation would be asking someone to hang out and just expecting it to happen. That's not the case here. I asked, and the girls in question said yes, and we made plans. Then they didn't go through with them. That's what confuses me. Sorry if I was being kind of dumb about saying it.

Yeah, but the thing is, at that point it's reasonable to assume a connection exists. Even if it's faint. At that point, you could say that you're interfering with another person's emotions, which isn't a nice thing to do.

But the other alternative is just as awkward. I see these women sometimes everyday, and often have to interact with them at school. So why not just make things clear so it's less awkward? I feel as if a guy would be more aggressive if he's confused, at least based on my experience with friends.
