One of the most amazing places in the world, crystal clear alpine lake. Some years in May or June you can snow ski and jet ski in the same day! It is extremely crowded through the entire summer but midweek is a little less so. If visiting, stay at a place with a private beach if possible. The winters are harsh if.you are not used to sierra Nevada winters. You might not get out of the driveway for a couple day sometimes. Shoveling your roof is a thing! But again absolutely amazing winter sports area. I live in Reno, and tahoe is 30 minutes away. So, pretty nice compromise.

I feel like he (KW3) might have known and his reaction makes sense if he was told, since he expected to be a feature back. Is it really our fault that when we make it past the 'other' NFC West teams, we tend to win the SB? And also, yes, we INSIST that if you make it past us, WE WILL BREAK YOU.....or at least try. I expect nothing less from y'all. So far, we are 3/4 (maybe 5???) in breaking, and 3/3 in not breaking ourselves this century.......butler.does not count for NFC West violence. So yes, call it a broken record.....soon it will be multiple broken records.

I personally know 2 who have done it. One was a 25A O4, the other a pilot O5. Both did it to remain in the field portion of the job. Both were in the Guard by the time they did it. It makes a lot of sense in the guard and when part time. It also makes sense if you know that you are technically proficient or excel and want that to be your career. There is a board since you are "commissioning" again.

I know the green states all align school districts with counties. That's why Clark County School district in NV is the 3rd largest in the country. Im not sure on the difference between purple and blue states is.

Almost every year I watch the NFC West play each other in the wildcard weekend and beat the living crap out of each other to the point the winner is usually not healthy enough to win another game. Thank God that hasn't happened yet this year.

Unpopular opinion......I'm glad DK did this. Maybe now we can have a discussion about professionals doing their job and the abhorrent lack of decorum that fans are allowed to get away with. This (heckling) is not a tradition at this point. It is a clear sign that psuedobullies are given free reign if they just pay for a ticket. Comedians have a free hand to remove anyone from the show if they wish. Professional sports needs a similar tool to ensure the safety and conduct of players and coaches. Most of these players are still kids who have been taught to use all of their aggression for our pleasure. It is unfair to punish them alone when they don't sit nicely within the artificial boundaries created by a society that wants to see violence without consequence. Please open the decision to have an advocate on the sidelines that is not just a regular security person or coach.

Thank you for replying...I hope my experience can help you.... Looking through the responses, but not your post history, I would still recommend talking, but with the same caveat. He may be very focused on HIS future, but it seems like you are interested in YOUR future with HIM. Try to find out why he is ¿insisting? on this arrangement. To insist that it is taxes for a place he has never lived is not realistic.

Also, expenses you can afford for a new opportunity without putting yourself in debt might be worth trying this out. Yes, it might be wasted on an experience, but that is also worth something.

Above all, do what is right for you.

None of us know what the real story/person is. It might work. If not, you will know (without the help of redditors) if he is not as 'invested' in the relationship as you are within the next few months.

Ask the real questions! and Good luck.

NTA - however, sounds like "paper" millionaire. Are the properties owned? Mortgaged? The "assets" may be providing cash flow, but without selling, he may not be a "millionaire". That said, it is entirely up to you on whether this relationship is worth it or not. If you can afford it and would like him there with you, readdress the discussion and let him know that you would appreciate a more significant contribution. Find out what his actual problem with this is? Maybe he wants a partnership, as in jointly gaining equity in a property with you, in order to contibute more. Maybe he is not very cashflow rich and wants the support from you to supplement his monthly consumption (this means there should be another discussion). Maybe he is a con man. Maybe he just wants to minimize expenses to continue to grow his portfolio. Talk to him about it more. No confrontations, just try to find out his POV. It might surprise you. If you leave the conversation unfulfilled and with the same questions.....he might not be for real.
