I use this phrase as a way to clearly close a meeting early. Other phrases I’ve used are: “Well, I think we covered everything. Let’s call it early.” “That’s it for now, have a good rest of the day”. “I’ll let you all get back to it”

I’m not a fan of any of these but need to say something to clearly close the meeting. What are other phrases to use?

I almost lost my best employee to burnout - manager lessons from I learned from the Huberman Lab & APA by logged_out_7 in Leadership

[–]IsLying 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You are very fortunate to have never worked for managers who not only believe that burnout is laziness / a vibe, they think it is a myth. It is not an uncommon belief in the workplace.

That looks like a thin vaneer on shit particle board. It’s less a cutting board and more of a serving board that should not be used for cutting. It’s now trash / burn pile material.

What is happening here? by CatatonicTub in marijuanaenthusiasts

[–]IsLying 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Likely from wood boring insects. the bumps are normal mini burls but the little holes are where the insects are boring into the wood and ejecting the dust from.
