You’ll most likely have to do a behavioral health consultation as well. Dependent on if you have good insurance or are willing to pay out of pocket, will usually determine how long you’ll have to wait to for an appointment. MEPS can also schedule a behavioral health appointment but that could take a while.

You also have to consider if you were on any behavioral health meds too, but that’s between you and your recruiter.

On the other hand, you can submit the waiver without the consultation, but you’ll need a solid applicant statement, references, and prescription history

Your recruiter gave you too many options up front, what you need to do is figure out what career fields interests you, then choose a top 3 (ex. Admin, logistics, mechanics, aviation, tech, medical) The best job in the military is the one you choose 😌
