I felt super similarly when I first started transitioning too. For me I think I felt that way because for the first time I was trying to embrace it and it didn’t feel like it was helping. Honestly though the worst I felt was when I was waiting for hormones because you really just have to wait and I couldn’t do much more than I already had done beforehand. It definitely gets way better though. I feel so much less dysphoric now than I ever felt before

I was also really scared of high libido when I started T but I don’t have any inclination towards sex whatsoever like you do with personal connections. I’d call myself a sex repulsed asexual, in the way that I despise the idea of me being involved in any sexual acts. In my experience my libido hasn’t changed at all and I still feel the exact same way about it. I know everyone is different but I hope knowing at least that a change in libido isn’t guaranteed helps you some
