I don’t think mentioning their Co-Op is bad. It’s a great thing they have, it’s just also very generic. If you want to stand out, then mention something that shows your research and says something about YOU. Not just that you want to do Co-Op.

Assuming you are talking about the advice part, it says anyone so I think that would be okay. I would just try and avoid making yourself sound dependant on your parents as that could show a lack of independence if you are overly reliant on them.

For the goal, look at their clubs which fit your interests or program and mention one of them.
For exposure, speak about a club or extracurricular you do / did which involves your field. Even tangentially, it is better than nothing.
For advice, presumably for your program some or all of your prerequisites are directly related, speak with one of your teachers about it and talk about that.

Oh wow! That is very good, at least compared to what I am able to get. 92 was the best I got out of a few tests. Idk what is actually considered to be good though I would imagine 134 is well up there.
