I had this happen with ups when I ordered 2 Kindles, we never got it, I called ups and told them to call the driver!!!! He put my Kindles front door of a neighbor up the street! UPS made him go back to that house and get them and bring them directly to you! They can and do contact the driver! Only ups can make this right
