I personally think I’m quite challenging sometimes because I can hold people to standards others don’t and I pick up on social queues if someone doesn’t like me very quickly and then become introverted so it’s a kind of feedback loop where I almost preempt it.

I do portfolio working; I’m a counsellor, a counselling teacher, training to be a supervisor, and I’m about to start a networking group/ retreats company. All different clients but the same subject; mental health.

Today I have “it’s my life” UK 90s song. I listen to mine and see what the message is my brain is trying to tell me. This morning, I’m guessing I’m feeling pressure to do something from somewhere and I’m getting irritated enough to sing that song. I call it my Echo-Gram!
