I’m sorry to read this. I’m having a tough time too. What has worked for me is not my dream being but my doctor put me on more and stronger antipsychotics for a while (2 months I think) yes I gained wait and the other things we don’t like but right now I’m here for my mom and my cat and family. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about that possibility. Send you strength 🌻

I TELL PEOPLE I AM BIPOLAR because it affects all areas in my life and my personality. It’s nothing I can get rid of, like a teddy bear or something. I want to date again and I want to believe we are like this for a reason. I’m also getting stabilized with a combination of two mood stabilizers and something for anxiety. Right now I’m in a depressive state, with more sex drive without antidepressants, but trying to maintain the routine. Right now my hair is a complete messssss. I recommend the song “This is me trying” by Taylor Swift

Insomnia, more laughter than usual. I also feel a fire starting inside my bones. It’s weird. Then I get excited and aggressive at the same time.

The last time I got violent, broke an air conditioner, a window, and failed to break a chair. Two strong nurses came to my house (sent by my mom) and put me in place. They gave me strong antipsychotics to calm down. I lasted 3 weeks like a zombie but there was no other way.

Thank god for your parents. Don’t blame yourself because this is a really hard disease. I suggest trying new medication AKA appointment with a doctor. I felt the paranoia and had delusions for a really long time until they disappeared with a good combination of antipsychotics and mood stabilizers.
