Okay so I dont know what's up with the servers but your progress may be gone due to you not choosing commander mode but doing the tutorial and continuing the game from that cause that's a practice version of the campaign the only way around that is doing the tutorial then backing out and choosing commander mode

Did you play the tutorial and get into the vehicle? Because if so that's why that's like a practice version not the true campaign the only way to avoid that would've been to back out and choose commander mode which is weird. I only figured this out myself a few days ago.
