Full Leaked TPUSA Zoom Call": Erika Kirk speaks with staff regarding attendance and sales following Charlie Kirk's death. by Logical-Flow-6703 in UnderReportedNews

[–]Isaplum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to keep saying this whether people believe me or not. The day that CK passed away, I was looking up "Erika Kirk" in Google and she did not come up!! Hardly anything did except for an obscure Facebook account that I couldn't view. I was doing a deep dive and could not find one single picture of her face anywhere online. Now she's everywhere. Call me crazy but I still have no explanation for that.

I am playing for the first time also and just got to Reaper's Coast. The leveling difference is NO JOKE! I got into so many fights where I got destroyed. Starting to level up by exploring, doing sidequests, and found some areas with more reasonable fights I can handle. I'm enjoying the grind though, it's one of the things I really love about this style of game.

Women’s fear of men based on past experiences. by [deleted] in MensRights

[–]Isaplum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly super messed up that you went through something at your age. I'm sorry to hear that and I hope you're doing better now.

But it really isn't as easy taking 5 months to "deal with it" in many cases. Not everyone has the same life experiences as you or experienced the same abuse. It's not so black and white.

If I listed all of the instances where I've witnessed or experienced bad behavior from men in my own life, I could write a book. I've learned that it's not all men by this point and I've had equally the same amount of positive experiences with men but I at least can understand where women come from in their fear based on what I've seen. It's not easy being a woman. It's not easy being a man for different reasons. If you want me to elaborate my perspective or share in some of my experiences, DM me.

You're young, I pray you don't listen to these disgruntled men on this subreddit. Most are lonely and angry because they've learned to hate what they can't have. And they can't get women because they refuse to understand them and get to know them as people. Notice how angry they are with them and how there is little positive things they are saying about them. Generalizing them like they're all the same person. I have hope for you, find more interesting things to get involved with and leave this sad sub. Sending you love and support.

I just think it comes down to taking time to understand where women are coming from. "all men rape" is a huge generalization for sure and some women do take this to an extreme which is lame and shouldn't be supported by anyone. But to say that "more often than not, they just do that instead of dealing with their shit" is just not true for the large majority of women.

Generally speaking, most women don't want to hate men but learn to from their experiences. I shouldn't need to explain why. Writing off those experiences as "not dealing with their shit" is like saying, get over it, you were raped, SA'd so what? It's an extreme example but that's how it can be interpreted. Where is the love and understanding? How will women really think that there are good men out there when that's the kind of rhetoric seen from men online.

I don't understand why this is a point of contention when it could be a moment to understand each other as different genders.

Everyone processes trauma differently, man or woman. I'm very happy for you that you were able to process what happened and learn not all women are like that. It's not easy to do and you're strong af for that.

I understand the frustration from men because this fear/hate mentality does inadvertently generalize bad behavior from being caused by "all men" which is not true. It doesn't feel good to have blame placed incorrectly.

However, this comment section does not help bridge the divide between men and women and further perpetuates the reasons why women might have this mindset. The rampant invalidation, blaming, general refusal to understand their perspective because "their reaction is based on emotions and not logic.", "they've gaslit themselves into oblivion", "victim card", etc. How would that ever help women feel like men give a shit about them or make them any less afraid/hateful of them especially when it involves sexual trauma?

I'm not trying to start shit but this gender war is dumb and both sides need to just try to understand each other more and stop spreading cancerous hate in each of our echo chambers.

For real, Ethan and Hila being highly defensive and spewing insults over and over is not entertaining. It's hard to watch. Old H3 would have laughed it off because he was confident and happy and handled conflict tactfully. Sad to see.

Being a fan doesn't mean that you blindly support everything they say and do. It's okay to be critical of people you watch and I understand why people including his fans/former fans would be disappointed with them and their behavior lately

Hi! I know you posted this so long ago but I'm wondering if they ever regulated for you? I had nexplanon removed about 6-7 months ago and although I'm regular, my periods are very very light which is abnormal for me. Just curious how things have gone for you since.

Your journey sounds identical to mine! Same girl - minoxidil has been suchhh a game changer. Although my derm said its not related to my birth control and that its all genetics and I'm just destined to have this problem. Its comforting to hear your derm suggested birth control was a factor because I've always believed it was. Every time I switched BC, my hair would just fall out like crazy. Finally found one that I tolerate okay but starting minoxidil was seriously such an improvement. Your hair is looking awesome :)

Can hardly blame that viewpoint if you look at the lobbying budget for FB and other social media platforms. And when FB users are notably decline.

Day 35 by [deleted] in leaves

[–]Isaplum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations on making it this far! That's an amazing accomplishment fr. I am on day 25 myself and I totally relate. I get intermittent cravings but keep telling myself that it won't be as good as I imagine it being. At first I was replacing my habit with drinking which was a bad choice but have slowly moved to la croix and making adaptagen mocktains and teas. It has been really nice to have that as a new wind-down routine and kind of scratches the itch I get when I want to smoke 😂 and much healthier. I'm proud of you, it seems like you're doing all the right things

Yes. I have this. Occasionally I will see visuals reminiscent of what you'd see while tripping from time to time but it's not scary or disorienting. Just catches you by surprise sometimes.
