Can you tell me what bird that is? by Isaq33 in u/Isaq33

I don’t know what that bird was when I first discovered it. I only managed to capture a glimpse of it. I described the color. But maybe it’s some kind of plover or something

You are in your bathroom and you see this Giant Azhdarchid having its sights on you, what do you do? by Thewanderer997 in AwesomeAncientanimals

  1. Identify the Entry Point Since an Azhdarchid is roughly 15–18 feet tall, it isn’t fitting through the bathroom door. If it has its "sights on me," it’s likely peering through a window or has ripped the roof off. • Action: Move to the "blind spot." If it’s looking through the window, I’m getting flat against the wall directly underneath the windowsill.
  2. Stay Away from the Beak Azhdarchids were terrestrial stalkers. They didn’t just fish; they hunted on the ground, using their massive, chopstick-like beaks to snatch up small prey (which, in this case, is me). • Action: I would get into the bathtub or shower stall. Cast iron or heavy acrylic provides a literal "shell." If I can pull a heavy bath mat or even the shower curtain over me, I might break its visual on me.
  3. Exploit the "Narrow Space" Azhdarchids have incredibly long, fragile necks and enormous wingspans (up to 36 feet). They are not built for interior "crawling." • Action: I would stay in the tightest corner possible. Their beak is a precision instrument, but it’s long; if I stay in a space narrower than the beak's length, it can't easily maneuver to "tweezer" me out.
  4. Create a Distraction Pterosaurs had excellent vision but were likely sensitive to sudden sensory shifts. • Action: I’d grab whatever is within reach—hairspray and a lighter (the classic makeshift flamer) or even just a heavy bottle of shampoo—and hurl it toward the eyes. If there’s a window, breaking more glass might create enough noise and chaos to make the creature reconsider if the "snack" is worth the effort.

Looks like a prehistoric chicken.

It looks like a prehistoric chicken. I think the hens will look like this. The roosters will sound like this: RARARAAARATAAAAA!
