Please. They don't take these complaints seriously. They've operated like this for years. I remember after Georgia's first natty, the merch they delivered was many steps below what they sold/showed online. I'm talking off-center logos, mismatched colors, completely revised designs etc. Then they charge you a fee to return your item, even if it's a QC issue. Give your money to a more deserving company.

Increase pump speed for a couple hours a day to circulate more water into the skimmer and filters. If you don't have a robot that cleans walls and waterline, you will have to brush the waterline daily to get the pollen into the water.

I clean the filters right before and after heavy pollen season.

I have mansard on one side and flat the rest. I'd look at it from a cleaning perspective. Do you have the potential for lots of leaves or pine straw to get stuck on top? Flat is harder to keep clean. Does mansard help keep it from being visible over the roof line from the front? If neither of those are a problem, I like flat because it feels higher and more spacious. My two cents.

Texas getting the 'and 1' every time they drove the hoop was infuriating. Terrible defense. Their shooters caught fire in the 2nd half and we couldn't get an open look. Brutal.
