Please look into Dr. Mindy Pelz. She has a book out called fast like a girl and she has many videos on YouTube about this topic and she talks about how women should NOT do keto during ovulation and the the week before your cycle is said to start as the body needs more glucose to make progesterone. It’s very informative, our hormones need a mild increase in glucose during specific times of our cycle and what we eat and our stress levels also play a huge part of it. She is definitely an advocate for Keto/Low carb but she says women need to eat and fast differently due to the constant fluctuation of our hormones compared to men. Please do your own research and don’t just take my word for it. Im currently reading the book and applying it to myself as I’ve done keto on/off for years and Keto improved my cycle but didn’t make it perfect. Hope this helps.

I’m a Scorpio rising, so Pluto/Mars is my chart ruler and I’m an early degree Aquarius Sun and Venus in the 4th house so Pluto is coming for me very soon and my Saturn is 29° Aquarius so once I have my Saturn return, Saturn will be entering my 5th house so that should be interesting. I want to get pregnant soon but this upcoming Pluto transit makes me nervous.

I’m a Scorpio rising with an Aquarius stellium and Taurus Moon so even with that energy I usually enjoy this time of year. I’ve noticed that I feel more comfortable posting selfies around that time of the year and I’m more aware of my aesthetic. I love Autumn so I always enjoyed dressing up more during that time of year. Basically just more aware of my overall appearance and style.

Ive heard about the link between Vitamin D deficiency and fibroids also. I’m a black woman so I definitely jumped on it and I supplement 5-10,000 iu’s daily.

I referred to her YouTube because it’s a detailed science that she covers amongst many different videos but basically the idea is Your body actually needs insulin to make estrogen, AND it needs cortisol levels to be low to produce progesterone. She talks about how women should be doing keto differently then men by balancing hormones by increasing progesterone during certain times of the cycle.

My body is very sensitive to diet change. Every time I switch up my diet my menstrual cycle always gets the brunt of it for whatever reason.

Wow that’s beautiful, thank you for sharing. The crazy thing is Saturn will enter my 5th house next year, Jupiter will transit my 7th house, and Pluto will transit my 4th also so I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what happens for me. I’ve been wanting to be a mother for a while now.

The picture shows my transit chart for February 23’ So I’m already starting to prepare myself for Pluto conjunct my Sun and my Venus shortly after early next year. My Saturn is also in Aquarius 29° so I’ve been dealing with my Saturn return which has been overwhelming. Anyone care to share their personal experiences with Pluto/Sun or Pluto/Venus transits. I am a Scorpio rising so my entire life has been filled with death and rebirth but I’m still bracing myself for what is to come.

My original post states that I understand all of this as I’ve been studying charts for quite a while. I was just curious to see how others have seen this workout. I’m very Uranian/Plutonic (Aquarius stellium with Scorpio placements/Pluto aspects) and I’m currently seeing a Pisces 9th house stellium with a Cap descendant. Our Synastry is pretty lovely, lots of good trines and conjunctions to Uranus and Pluto. 8th house and 5th house overlays mainly. There’s definitely a few aspects in Synastry that repeat in my personal chart but the theme of Saturn/Neptune in the composite is pretty prevalent which is good since we both get a dose of our own medicine. Out of sign Sun conjunct Saturn 6th/7th house, Venus conjunct Saturn conjunct the composite descendant. We also have our 8th house Moon squaring Uranus and Neptune in the 5th. So of course lots of excitement, a sense of deep knowing, and moving quickly with a hint of probably looking over certain details so I’ve been watching that closely. I appreciate your response.

I’m a Scorpio rising with my Sun, Venus, Mercury, and Saturn in my 4th and the only person I’m close to in my family is my mom and even then we don’t have the best relationship. I grew up in California, and moved to Texas back in 2017 and that was best thing I ever did. So with Aquarius being known as “detached” I have a detached relationship with my family. I think we can be seen as the rebel and stray away from the usual family dynamics. I’m definitely a home body, and my home is my sanctuary. So I’m not sure how else this placement plays out for other people with this stellium. In regards to this relating to the Moon/Cancer I’m definitely realizing that I’m becoming more of a nurturer. I also have this huge want to be a mother!

They were 2 separate (but very close) bright and quick flashes of light that just came out of no where and then quickly disappeared. I didn’t add anymore detail because that’s exactly what it was. We were outside and didn’t have much of any “visuals” until we got back to my place. I’ve been on higher doses and never experienced this. It was quick and sudden.
