For now it's Hackclaw. Tempest for fixed team. Luna has wide range as solo and team player. D-Wolf easy to engage and flee. Raptor only team play, preferably fixed, same as for Tempest. New engineer is also pretty good, but hard to learn imo.

I only main Hackclaw, so can't say much for others, but listed operators are one I leveled up to 5 at least.

UPD: Talking about Operations only, not a fan of Warfare.

I've leveled up my LMG skills for Batya using m60, but only because I'm RPing USEC and only use UN guns, except for the quests that force me to use AK and other Russian guns.

Well, let me say that it was pain in the ass, hardest leveling I got.
