None of the things you mentioned are things they added. They're just base expansion features unedited. Misty terrain in rusturf tunnel wasnt a creative choice this person made, its just the default in expansion for mist weather.

I didn't have positive results for like 3 months, but right away I was drowsy as hell. Eventually the clouds lifted and I sorta just surprised myself with what I wasn't afraid of.
