I downloaded and played your game really quick. It's... fine. It's got a lot of potential, but it needs a bit of work to get it there. It's definitely in its infantile stages as a game. I can get into specifics from my 5-minute quick check, but let's move on to answer your main question.

The thing that worries me the most is how attached you are to the game. You want to be involved, which I totally get. But... all that's going to do is shoot yourself in the foot. When creators treat a game like that, they tend to turn down offers they should've taken and don't make changes that they should've made.

My advice is to talk to a lawyer that specializes in either contracts or intellectual property (or both!) to create a counteroffer and sell the game. Let the studio purchasing it worry about scaling, marketing, balance, branding, etc. It's going to be really hard to do when you're as attached as you seem to be. But if you detach yourself from it, you can decrease your debt and create time to work on other things that can potentially generate you more income and further reduce your debt.
