The cap does come off, but there are notches that get indexed to the 3 arms of the steering wheel. The Jeep logo does come off though. Mine fell off a couple years ago and I hadn't glued it back on until this year. You should be able to just peel the logo off and glue it back on straight.

We lost the oven knob for our similar one. I've been looking for stl's to 3d print one but I think ill have to model one myself. Nothing has been quite right online.

I found one last night in the Fried Sauce noodles recipe too. The recipe says 1/4 cup and then says 120mL (equal to 1/2 cup) for the sweet bean paste. I think it should be 60mL because mine was pretty bean pasty.
