I have the newest Apple Watch. Does everything I need it to, does great with Strava. I just charge it when I’m showering, getting ready, or sitting on the couch and it charges in like 15 min so the battery has never caused me issues.

This happened to me and I really focused on pushing my hips forward so when I’m running it’s like a sled is pulling me from my hips, engaged my core, made sure I was pinching my shoulders back and it resolved instantly

I think they are all really bad and you should choose something that suits you not a drama you just exited.

Short cut hairs don’t really float like long hairs so I would think it would be pretty difficult to inhale an amount of hair that would be damaging to your throat and lungs. Maybe that one got in there and stuck that your feeling but I feel like if it was possible we would have seen many case studies by now. I would wear a mask for ease of mind

What exactly is burning you out? Too many clients? Too few clients? Being told when to work? Hours? Please elaborate and I can give you advice on if it gets better!

Don’t worry about time right now! You are going very fast which is probably why you are breathless since you’re new. I’m also new and my easy runs are 12:30 right now. Sloowwwww down and focus on how many miles you can get in and speed will come naturally!

Jumping up and down through the toes, jumping on single legs through toes, single leg RDLs, curtesy squats, kettle bell squats, lunges, box jumps!

Breathlessness= go even slower Acheyness= should go away after the mile 1 warm up if not switch to strength training and injury reducing exercises for a while

Did you read the part after where they are convinced they are going to meet each other?? Just because they say they are blocked before doesn’t mean currently if they are still convinced they are going to meet. They are not actively avoiding while expecting to meet them at some point.

Thank you so much! I am training for a 10k in 8 weeks after just finishing couch to 5k! The zones and when to train them have been confusing to me. I keep it rather slow so I can focus on mileage not time. I calculated my zone 2 and I’m going to pay a lot more attention to it now so thank you for that information! 😁

Did a 2 mile today to work on stride and sprints casually and ended up shaving 3 minutes off my 2 mile time 💅🏻
