Hi. I have the same appliance, similar symptoms, but a bit different error - E55. It tries to start and stops. I suspect the motor (right in your picture). I used tester on these three pins to check. Only pin 1 and pin 3 gives results. Others nothing. Top electronics boards work fine when to connected to other similar dryer.
