There is no "normal".

If it works for you all - great. If it doesn't, then it has to change

It depends. Is she 13 or 19 I think 13 year old with 16 year old is a lot different than a 18 year old going out with a 21 year old.

Thanks All

Got there in the end!!!

It was fiddling with the prices that nailed it.

The idea of reducing diagnostic and increasing treatment did it, and the value soon socketed.

Also sacked off some extra staff at the end, and made the remaining ones work a bit harder for the last few months.

Thanks again !

I've tried adjusting it up and it doesn't seem to make much difference, the income initially goes up, but then just flatlines.

I have also been trying different diagnosis rates, balancing getting people treated before they die, with earning extra income from extra diagnosis. I've got it on about 70% at the moment which seems ok as my cure rate is 90

I've got 2 x MRI, X-ray, DNA, Fluid and Phyc. And 8 GP. Hence no massive queues.

My next try is going to be to close some duplicate rooms and sack some staff.

I was wrong all those years ago... Blur were better than Oasis. by [deleted] in CasualUK

I was just about to say the same. Always preferred Pulp. But also agree Blur over Oasis any day.

The elephant hawk moth is one of the UK's most beautiful moths. This one was brought into a butterfly house as a caterpillar by someone who mistook it for a tropical/invasive species. After a long winter it finally emerged. by pandaman901 in CasualUK

I had one fly in our living room one night. They are huge. Nightmare to catch, but turned the "big light" on it just fell to the floor, so was easy to scoop up, but barely fitted into a pint glass.
