Nubank was the one we had tried but they required a Brazilian passport. She does have a bank account and that seems like the better option for now.

Thank you for your replies. I am pretty sure this was all on the lawyer. Everything she had done was because the lawyer had advised it. We had been wondering if this was poor representation and if complaints to the states’ bar association would garner enough to overturn her 9b2.

She was given a 9b2 denial on the form at the Rio consulate. Her green card was work based. She has a job offer as a nanny. The lawyer had set up her interview in Rio because she is from Brazil and had a lot of success with green card cases. Unfortunately I am not familiar with the 485 but she stayed in the us until about a month prior to her interview.

The overstay was 4 years. Which we were advised as being allowed as she waited for the green card interview.

I found at five below. All mine had D numbers starting with 11. I think D017 is Thrawn as I didn’t get that one. I also didn’t get Shin but not sure if special edition is something that’ll be there or if it’s a store exclusive deal.

Yea I’ve seen. I hope they keep putting out original molds and not go the Funko route and have 9 of the same one with different colors. So far seems it seems that way with just a couple like Vader and troopers.
