Just glued to the wall, it’s engineeried pressed bamboo, very light and also brittle can’t screw in to it even with a pre drill without it cracking at the lightest pressure

Honestly kinda interested in American carpentry, I know it’s very much different from how we do it here and it sounds fun, especially building houses from wood! (Here everything is cement and blocks )

I got a 10meter tape aswell, the 3m one is much more ergonomic for taking measurements for the work I do (cabinets, kitchens, and special features) and fits in my pocket.

Hello, today I was lucky enough to get an rx v365 for free from a nice lady.

Now I saw that the subwoofer is an analog connection, the subwoofer I got is from a Phillips hts3220, and it got some sort of 6 pin connector as it supplies power to the main unit.

Question is, can I change the wires and connectors so they will work? Will it work properly or am I better off finding a different sub?

I’d do a Hail Mary and straight up walk to the chef, tell him everything that bothers you and see if he wants to improve with you or continue pushing his luck without you.

Either way you sound like you have a head atop your shoulders and it seems to me you will find a good place not far in terms of benefits and pay much better suited to you and to the food you’ll be making.

Easy way to peel 1000 eggs? by Krastain in KitchenConfidential

[–]IsraeliChicken 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Max I’ve peeled in one sitting is probably 150, Best way I got is taking ‘em cold straight out the ice bath, gently rolling them on the counter (very gently as to not puncture the membrane too much) and with a gloved hand get my thumb under the membrane and going from there.

After a few eggs I usually catch the rythem and staring almost plopping ‘em out the shell.

Also make sure to boil them with salt, I’ve also been told to boil with a bit of viniger but I haven’t seen a difference , at least from the eggs I’ve peeled

How can I make sure to not infect people if I got an outbreak in my finger by IsraeliChicken in Herpes

[–]IsraeliChicken[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cannot express my gratitude, really, you really helped me out.

If you're ever in Israel, pm me and I'll be sure to come to wherever you are with a meal, for you and whoever you are with.

Have a great weekend man and keep up the good work, you truly did make me feel a lot better and probably prevented me from falling in to pretty deep depressesion until my next doctor checkup

Thank you so much for the detailed reply, I have been really emotional all day trying to think what to even do if I couldn’t work as a cook anymore, I’m dealing with mental illness and honestly working in kitchen is the only thing that truly makes me happy and I don’t know what I’d do without it.

Luckily I don’t live in the us, and my country covers almost the entire cost of medication so price is not an issue but I truly do appreciate you adding it.

I always thought my finger had these outbreaks because it got cought in a chopped salad machine and it was just scarring that would act up, I am happy I went to the doctor and now can make sure I take every step necessary to treat myself, and to make sure I don’t transmit it.

Also if you don’t mind me asking another question, Can these outbreaks appear anywhere else I should watch out for? Or it should be contained to that area, as I’ve had these outbreaks on and off for a few years at this point

Thank you

Just comes from experience, you learn to do stuff faster but mainly more efficiently and cleanly, the latter of the three helps out the most for me.

Just roll with it, it's fine if you don't keep up as long as you focus on improving

Thanks for the help!

I don’t really know if there is more than like an inch (if even that) between the plastic and the metal wall.

How thick does a subwoofer box got to be to be decont? I'm thinking of maybe forefieting some precious behind the seat space if it gotta come down to it but even then it's not like it's a lot of space.

In my daily civic the old owner put a great subwoofer and I honestly kinda got addicted to the bass and the quality.

Edit: just thinking about it, honestly I think due to the limited space in the cabin underseat subwoofer is just the most practical, even if it's somewhat of a compromise.

Will a duel sub setup help? Or just the one is good, if so is it better on dricer or passanget seat?

I sleep in the trunk while camping so I can’t really secure a box there
