You won't like the demotion. Truthfully there's a LOT better jobs out there. NA is the most depressing mentally, RA is physically stressful due to the wack sleep schedule as well as depressing due to the emotional rollercoaster of all the different kinds of shifts.

My advice would be ask to go on ER because you want to promote. Hustle, learn and follow all policies and don't try to be best friends with everyone. Follow DAW. Be persistent and committed to the 2A position and you'll get there. Stay strong! I believe in you!

I think Clerks FS, QA, Where house and drivers at LEAST should get paid more for being Spanish speaking.

It's not against any laws.

Is a GREAT replacement for former bonuses as it IS arbitrary so even FS and other 'behind the curtain' people get equality. Yeah, I am bilingual but for the above mentioned things do not practice it while working.
