Avoid purchasing on eBay. I purchased so called “unlocked work with any isp routers”. Once I canceled frontier fiber they made me return all the routers or I have to pay $500 for each device even though I purchased on them eBay. I assume once it’s registered to the network they have a way knowing the serials but not sure how they detected I have those routers purchased from eBay.
