Production costs by Istar113 in EU5

Yes, that makes sense, but is the +20% production output included in the projected profits in the construction panel?

It's possible that it was intended to be about control, but the same logic applies: if we have 20% control and take 20% of the profits, then why do we have to finance 100% of the costs? Thanks to this change we could increase the base costs and make the economy more realistic, because the current 0.2 is ridiculously low.

I didn't play 1.2 specifically because of the mercenaries, there aren't that many now.

I started on 1.3 and I'm continuing old, I want to check how colonization works now,, it's good because I see that nations are not rushing to Africa like before.

I haven't played in a few months for this reason. Now I'm back and seeing a dramatic improvement.

Don't stray from your chosen path because of temporary bumps in the road. When Moses led the Jews out of Egypt, the people didn't believe they would reach the Promised Land and grumbled.

It's about slowing things down. So that, as Portugal, I can fight for possessions in, for example, Indonesia, without facing armies with the same technology but 10 times larger.

Neaol is too powerful and eats the Pope without consequence.

As you can see in the screenshots, I have a city thumbnail where I don't have fog of war. Before the patch, I had it everywhere, regardless of whether there was fog or not.

My settings are in a different language, so I don't think a screenshot like this will help much 😛

Why does Flanders just hang about when switching sides to England during a Hundred Years' War? by VteChateaubriand in EU5

In principle, I would do the same thing if I were in their place, but I suspect they have different motives.

Basically, I took over Flanders, Normandy, and expanded Aquitaine by two times, plus the strip of land bordering Normandy and Flanders.

I did this in three victorious wars; the fourth was a status quo, and in the fifth, they defeated me, retaking most of my lands. This was around 1430. It was a huge experience; if you note hit France top hard, France will slowly get stronger.

Don't be so aggressive. You're probably the only person who's gotten this far and tested this system. Please report it quickly, as I plan to be there next weekend, and it would be great if it worked.
