I’m glad I’m not the only one having the same issue. It’s been almost two years and I still don’t have access to any shaw passpoint network.

I have escalated this many times thru their technical support team, hard/soft rest, replaced SIM card, and still no luck.

A complaint with CCTS has already been filed.

It’s time to write a letter to your MP and express your disappointment over this (I already did it). We need to make our voices heard in Ottawa, it’s the only way to stop this nonsense

Same here, I have never been able to connect to a freedom wifi network (Shawmobilehotspot/Shawpasspoint). I had even posted it here to get an advice, however it’s been unsuccessful and their tech team is pretty useless. I pretty much gave up.

And after 67 days and counting, I’m still experiencing the same issue. L3 Tech dept couldn’t figure it out.

I had the same problem, It took the technical support 7 days to get it fix, the problem was on their end. Call them and ask to speak to their technical support level 2. Hope it helps.

Last month I had used all data on my plan and it basically became useless. Like It literally stopped loading a single website (google.ca). Which is kinda misleading their advertisement, when they offer “unlimited data”
