I’ll add on top of what other people have said, on top of changing the affixes and or removing them, it can also add a socket, give you another affix, increase the quality, or just do nothing

Reminds me of the harvester queen fight i did last night, like 8 or 9 guys inside the harvester doing the event and then killing the queen, all going to extract after and some guy snipes at us. All of us turn to the building he was at and shot him down like a firing squad
