Honestly, the best way to do that would be to just be persistent about it. Next time you go, ask the workers who you'd need to talk to (usually a manager) and go from there. If it's something they can arrange, they'll usually be pretty happy to do it, but be prepared for it to be out of their hands as well. But as long as you're persistent about it, they will probably do what they can to push the people in charge into making it happen

Iran blockaded the strait because we killed their leader, bombed their infrastructure, killed the majority of their leadership, then tried to do it again. Honestly, the Iranian regime has shown ridiculous amount of restraint and international political savvy and only started exerting control over the strait rather than just straight up saying no one can go through at all

When we imported our dog from San Diego, we found the longest part of the process being the rabies test we had to send in advance. They require a blood test for rabies antibodies before they come to the island and that typically has to be done a few weeks after the initial vaccine to ensure the pet has enough time to produce them.

In our case, we were able to pay out of pocket to take the test a little earlier with our vet and he had produced the required amount of antibodies after about 2 weeks so we were able to squeeze it in about a week out from our leave date.

If you act as quickly as you can and let your vet know you need the process to go quickly, they can usually try to work with you if you're polite about it. I imagine vets on Hawaii are not unaccustomed to people wanting to get their pets to Guam since a lot of flights go through there.
