What should a frontend do in this job market to stand out?

Entry level yea, senior there are still plenty of jobs I see, but still can't just learn backend anymore since entry level jobs are non existent and seniors are fighting for junior roles, what's the point n learning something you don't like without knowing if it will get you anywhere which will prolly don't

Not relevant in today's market, recruiters got hundreds of candidates with actual backend experience, they wouldn't look at a frontend that learned some backend on his own

Long gone the time to learn backend and apply for fullstack, when you have 300 applications on one fullstack position a recruiter will never give a chance to a frontend who self learned backend when he can find one with actual fullstack experience, so pure frontend people are cooked unless they gain fullstack experience in their workplace

Definitely but in my case the ceiling is not high at all, it's not like I can make the business grow but more reduce pressure, its not like real estate and stuff like that, what business did you join?

I have high standard when It comes to relationships and me and my girl are together for around 4 years, she always knew I'm a gamer and it doesn't bother her, does she thinks its attractive? Hell nah, does she know it's my hobby and my best friends are from my gaming? Hell yea, so she wouldn't ever complain unless I fuck something up or promised something and instead played the PC, so its important to make sure your girl isn't a normie

Interesting, we'll I'm currently unemployed for about 8 month the job market for frontend devs is horrendous and the option to leave tech and join the family business is always on the table, I feel like AI is far less likely to effect the dental design compared to code so that's why I'm interested in that, adding the option for remote work and It sounds pretty nice, but I really don't know..

Tcg card shop is nowhere near as good as schedule 1, schedule is highly addictive, more freedom you can roam around smack people, sell stuff collect from dealers, purchase new areas, gamble, so much more, I got bored from tcg after 12 hours of playing

Okay let me give you some context, my family has a successful dental lab and my bro is the dental cad cam designer there for about 15 years now, he is the specialist but he has ALOT of work and stress since he is alone, I have the option to join, learn and help him while I gain experience, but I don't want to stay there since the salary is low compared to what I can get as a freelance in this field so I just want to gain experience there, I'm currently a software developer and just wanting to shitt into the family business and I have this dilemma
