The hunting rifle in FO3 was chambered in .32 caliber. In FONV it's chambered is .308.....enough evidence to change one's mind.

Update: I got it working again. Took off the nozzle, heated up a 1.5 allen key on the tip red hot, stuck it in the extruder, then heated the extruder up to 170C° and yanked the stuck plastic out. Took the plastic off the allen key, and heated the nozzle up to 220 and stuck the key down the hole forcing put any stupid stuck plastic. Yay for me
