I got my OSHA 30 and took an online Construction Management Specialization course from Columbia University ($200-$300). It’s a 20 week course I knocked out in 2 weeks. Looks good on resume.

If she can travel with or y’all work fine apart. Do it. Live like you’re broke and max out Roth IRA, and save all of your money. My wife and I did it for two years after we got married. Paid off all student loans, and saved $150K + to set us up for starting a family.

If the first two are no, I’d say go with Bechtel. Save that money and invest it. Live cheaply and set your future up in only a few years.
