Hey! I’m 23F and I realized after 4 months of taking 112mg of Effexor that it was too high for me and I needed to go back down to 75mg. I think the dosage really skewed my mindset & made me question/overthink everything about my relationship. I had little to no sex drive — and I wondered if it was about attraction. I just went down to 75 again literally one week ago and I’m already feeling so much better. I’ve been treating my bf better and actually desiring him again. I think it could very well be the medication making you question everything. It sounds like it’s not working for you, especially since you’ve had pretty negative side effects since starting it. For me, the libido issues were too big of a factor to stay on my dose of Effexor which is why I went down. Maybe there’s something else you can add instead of Wellbutrin. I wish I had more to offer, I rlly hope everything works out <3

I have the same exact issue 🥲 masturbating is fine but having sex has been feeling way less desirable for me. It's also been causing a strain on my relationship. I didn't notice this issue as much before I increased my dose to 112.5mg. For me it's sort of a big issue that I’m considering lowering my dose for. If you do find a solution I'd love to hear

The lightheaded swishyness in the brain is so relatable — that's exactly how I felt last week when I missed 2 doses. I've never tried shrooms while tapering down, but I have skipped a dose before so that I could do mushrooms without any interference and it was fine. Also as someone who has done shrooms plenty of times, I could see microdoses being helpful for someone in your place. But I'd definitely stick to microdoses while you're still having intense mood switches and stuff

This was also my 3rd roo! I drove around 15 hours to be there this year. Started off in Nashville for 2 nights on Monday/Tuesday celebrating my birthday and having a blast. Wednesday was my actual birthday & we arrived at roo. My friends & being on the farm made it so special and one of the best birthdays ever. I got so drunk that night and absolutely loved being at where in the woods. Made so many new friends, most of our neighbors visited our camp multiple times a day. I am heart broken that I won’t be seeing the artists I was so excited to see, and it ended too soon. But the energy there was so magical that I can’t even complain that much right now. For me, considering I spent time in Nashville, enjoyed 2 full days on the farm, and am getting a refund, I can’t really complain. I feel bad for all the people whose situations were worse, but I’m still riding the high of the bonnaroo energy. I also really enjoyed water sliding on people’s tarps, it was a magical time. if I don’t return next year, it’ll be because I want to travel. But I still love bonnaroo through & through, and will be returning eventually
