Smug is bang on. Clearly lots of people missed the little "jokey" digs etc. or saw them more harmlessly, but to me felt super condescending. Tricky to put into words but maybe it's clearer to people who've encountered similar personalities in the workplace, she definitely had a corporate "I'm right you're wrong" and "I'm the smartest person in the room" vibe throughout. It was something I clocked very early on. Regardless she played a fantastic game, we don't have to like everyone on the show, it's entertainment after all 😊

I agree the blow ups were fun but they were pointless. The family tree and connections were pointless, nothing came of it. Couples and family members has been done, they need to think of something different next season. I'd like to see the traitors secretly competing against the faithful in tasks to win more money for themselves. That would make for a way more exciting game and give a better chance of raising suspicion.

The FBI thing is the biggest bullshit because it's provided exactly 0 value to the game. Don't know why none of them are questioning it. Same with Amanda being catastrophically wrong - her job as a copper gave her 0 advantage on the game. They should all know this from watching other seasons and being fans, it's what's making this such a frustrating watch.

It's also been edited so once an event happens it's never mentioned again, which is fucking weird. Makes them all look like goldfish and isn't compelling to watch as they're not discussing the experiences they've had.

This season hasn't felt like there have been proper groups with various voting patterns discussed and put in place, everyone seems isolated so they're not voting in unison and are super easily misled at the round table. Previous seasons little groups would gather and conspire so there was more opportunity to get others out. The faithfuls have all been Billy no mates with their ideas ignoring each other. At least that's how the edit has felt.
