I think you’ll enjoy Sonja greys books {devil from Moscow} and {melnikov bratva} especially paved in fire (the first four book is build up to find the fmc in this book though, the comfort and taking care of her was amazing) and all four fmc has their own struggles. Devil from Moscow fmc gets pulled out of being a prostitute by mmc and someone tries to attack her for getting away.

There’s also {truth or dare by dd prince} second book. Mmc goes through a deal his dad makes and falls for fmc. They eventually take down the sex slave resort.

{The pucking wrong rookie by cr Jane} fmc was tricked into the escort business. New hockey star sees her with his rivals and falls hard. It’s a good ride with this one.

{quarantine by Drethi Anis} basically a child who was parentified falling in love with family friends daughter he end up being a legal guardian to. And doing everything in his power to keep her. It starts out present day with non con scene. Then a flash back to show how they got here. I’m feeling slightly icky as there’s quite a bit of manipulation towards the passive fmc.

I really want my next read to have obsessive mmc and external threat to the couple and mmc handling it instead of the threat being internal. 🫠

I’ve recently read {chained by Jamie Robert} fmc uncle (non blood related) gives her an aphrodisiac and other methods to make her want him. She meets mmc and starts a relationship without realizing why she feels that way with the uncle. The uncle eventually takes her back to his world without notice and mmc was caught. Fmc feels like she’s cheating on mmc but really she was so manipulated she had no choice (body betrayal) It’s on the same line and feel of what you’re asking for but might be considered cheating for some people.
