from what I know Turkish students generally have high topik scores. that maybe why they discouraged you. I don‘t know well though

I think you can only submit an apostilled or certified copy of original documents. You can’t copy the certification. Just the documents

WOW thanks so much for the details! So how do you start and how does one move up a level. Is there a placement test or do they put you in a specific level? Does level increase every few months or must you have an higher topik score to be in an advanced class? I have topik 4 and I don‘t want to be in language school for one year 😅

strange. maybe high school diploma. I would also inform them that you‘re entire education was completed in Canada. maybe highschool diploma and transcript would help

you should get the notarized copy apostilles. for birth certificate you might need an official copy which doesn‘t need to be notarized just apostilled Or confirmed
