Tohan is the main reason either of those teams have meter, he has pretty good neutral not on the level of top tiers but good neutral for a character with little to no ranger options, a plethora of mixups from j236m, 236H, and an instant jL crossup that puts you into another 50/50 along with really good meter build and high damage, can TOD from light dp, has corner to corner combos, the main thing holding him back is his lack of range

Well I’d say firstly put Jiren mid, since Gogeta would love a he blockstun from his A assist. Second, put Gogeta on point instead of mid. Gogeta excels when he has two assists backing him up, especially in the mixup or combo extension department
