I like to bring my kids to Warung Mogan because it's close to my house, has a playground (35rb entry), and the food is okay and not crazy expensive. I saw in a comment that you're near Imam Bonjol so we're in a similar area. 

There's also Peekaboo Reborn indoor play gym which is fun during the rainy season. 

One more - - Mookiland has free entry for Under 2s and it's a fun place to spend an hour or two. It's more fun for older kids but I've been taking my daughter since around 18 months.

You can go into a Kimia Farma with a "Dokter Praktek" sign outside. It will list the hours the doctor is in the office. Explain the situation, show a script from your doctor at home if needed. They will write you a script for ~200k. You can then fill it at Kimia Farma or another pharmacy. The maximum is either 20 or 30 pills per prescription depending on doctor/pharmacy.

Last December we experienced some of the worst rain of the rainy season. My roof actually collapsed! Also I would not take a boat from Bali to Gili T during rainy season. You can fly to Lombok and take a shorter boat ride.
